RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, Calif. — Finance Express, a provider of Web-based financial services and technology for independent auto dealerships, announced today that ComplyNet Corporation joined its online dealer management system.

ComplyNet Corporation offers online and on-site compliance and risk management tools to dealers throughout the country.
