    Then you have the wrong type of atmosphere....it shouldn't be about "what's in it for me" it should be about, how can I help my team be more productive.

    It's about ensuring your customer gets the best information to make a decision "now".If you're not utilizing every available asset in your business environment you may not be taking advantage of the skills of your entire "team".
