AUSTIN, Texas — The SmartMenu software offered by IAS now integrates with ADP and Reynolds and Reynolds DMS systems, eliminating double data entry.

Integration efforts were beta tested at dozens of dealerships over the last several months to ensure seamless transition for existing customers. The SmartMenu-DMS integration requires no software or hardware changes to the dealership’s DMS system.

SmartMenu runs locally from the F&I computer so that it connects directly to the dealer’s DMS as opposed to relying on a maintenance modem, which can cause a security threat and make private customer information vulnerable. SmartMenu also uses the same communication library as ADP and Reynolds and Reynolds for additional effectiveness.

"IAS works closely with our general agents and dealership customers to provide a single, powerful menu-selling solution that will provide them the highest level of service and protection," said Bob Corbin, president of IAS.

"F&I professionals have increased demands on their time and performance and need to be precise when preparing customer paperwork. Utilizing DMS integration with our SmartMenu software increases compliance and disclosure levels while eliminating potential errors."
