Drive Technology Group has added two industry veterans to its management team: Eddie Brooks joins the company as executive vice president for sales and marketing and Steve Moran now serves as vice president of dealer operations.

Brooks founded GO BIG! Software in January 2000 and served as its CEO until it was purchased by DealerTrack in January 2005. GO BIG! successfully created and marketed a software-based menu-selling application for F&I and was the first to create a Web-based enterprise menu solution.

"My focus now will be developing applications using RTI (real-time integration)," Brooks said. "The industry is not aware that RTI even exists, and now that we have overcome the obstacle of real-time integration with Reynolds and Reynolds, ADP and other DMS systems, we can develop applications, leverage our current applications and utilize this exciting new technology to bring even more value and ROI to our dealers."

Moran has served in multiple sales roles in dealerships and enjoyed a long tenure with Reynolds and Reynolds. Prior to joining Drive, he was national director for the nation's second largest automotive group in charge of dealer management systems.

"I believe that dealers want systems developed by industry insiders who have actually worked in a dealership," Moran said.
