ECP Expands Aftermarket Division With New Hirings

August 31, 2009

WOODRIDGE, Ill. — ECP Incorporated, a provider of F&I products, appointed Chris Harrelson as sales manager of its aftermarket division and promoted Christie Rocco as the division’s internal sales manager.

Harrelson has over 23 years experience working in new vehicle dealerships with a vehicle service contract administrator and a large regional agency. In addition, he assisted American Honda with launching the Honda Care and Acura Care Vehicle Service Contract Programs. For the last nine years, he was in charge of business development, marketing and training for the Monumental Group. Harrelson’s experience will be valuable in assisting ECP’s agents and distributors in growing their business.

Additionally, to provide increased service and support internally, Christie Rocco, ECP’s director of administration, will be the internal sales manager for the aftermarket division. Rocco’s experience in administration will assist in managing this growing segment’s program offerings, and support all claims activities and sales support requirements with ECP’s multiple sources.

Mike Feely, vice president of sales, stated the additions of Harrelson and Rocco will be beneficial to the on-going growth of ECP’s aftermarket programs.
