PRIMUS Financial Services and Ford Credit have announced the following four promotions:

· Phillip E. Forrest has been promoted to director of brand management, Land Rover North America, based in Irvine, Calif. As such, Forrest is responsible for developing and maintaining a strong relationship between PRIMUS and Land Rover.

Previously branch manager for PRIMUS’ Irvine, Calif., office since 1996, Forrest has been with the company for six years, serving in roles including branch operations manager, wholesale supervisor and sales representative.

Prior to his work for PRIMUS, he was president and chief executive officer of Country Hill Bank and later served as registered representative at The Equitable, both in Kansas City, Mo.

Forrest earned a bachelor’s degree in business as a cum laude graduate from Rockhurst College in Kansas City. He dedicates his volunteer resources and gifts to the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation and the Shawnee Mission Infant Development Center.

· Kathy Holl has accepted the position of branch manager of PRIMUS’ South Los Angeles office.

Previously director of dealer credit, Holl has been with PRIMUS since 1992, when she joined the company as senior accountant. In 1993, she was promoted to accounting analysis supervisor for dealer credit, and she spent the next eight years in various roles on that team, eventually becoming director of dealer credit in January 2000.

Holl earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky. While in Nashville, she served on the board of directors of Our KIDS, Inc. and the Middle Tennessee Mental Health Association. She is looking to continue her volunteer efforts for similar organizations in the greater Los Angeles area.

· Filling Holl’s shoes is Regi Croff, who has accepted the role of director of dealer credit for PRIMUS.

Previously director of vehicle liquidations, Croff has been with Ford Credit and PRIMUS since 1985, when he joined Ford Credit’s Houston North branch office. In his 16 years at the company, Croff has served as a participant in the Accelerated Training Program, dealer services supervisor, branch operations manager, regional operations specialist, regional operations manager, supervisor of market plans, branch manager and assistant regional manager.

Croff earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas Southern University.

· Stepping into Croff’s role is John Westphal, who has accepted the position of director of vehicle liquidations for Ford Credit. As such, he is responsible for the timely and efficient processing of vehicles returned to Ford Credit or PRIMUS for disposal through the many auction channels.

Previously director of national accounts for PRIMUS, Westphal has been with Ford Credit and PRIMUS since 1980, when he joined Ford Credit in Cincinnati, Ohio as a customer service representative. Since then, he has served in various roles in Ohio, Michigan and Tennessee.

Westphal earned a bachelor’s degree with honors in finance with minors in English and economics as an honor roll student at Xavier University in Cincinnati. He devotes his volunteer efforts and gifts to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and United Way and is a family host for visiting school students.
