Remarketing Solutions has announced that Kem Morris has been promoted to director collateral services, a newly created position. Morris formerly served as repossession operations manager.

"The growth of Remarketing Solutions during the past year has been phenomenal," said Dave DeWolf, COO. "We're on track to double our production in 2001, and our projections for 2002 indicate the potential to double that production yet again. In order to sustain this growth and ensure we maintain the high quality of service to which our customers have become accustomed, it's critical that we expand our management team. Kem's 11-year career with our company and his expertise uniquely qualify him to further strengthen Remarketing Solutions' position in the industry and maximize our customer service efforts as we expand our business."

Morris joined Remarketing Solutions in 1990 as a vehicle remarketer. Within a few months, he was promoted to manager of vehicle remarketing. In October 1992, Morris also assumed responsibility for the nationwide collateral recovery, becoming manager of repossessions and remarketing. Since then, Morris has been responsible for title, lease terminations and client services. With the purchase of ADT Automotive, Inc. by Manheim Auctions, Morris was named repossessions operations manager, a position he has held until being named director of collateral recovery.
