Standard & Poor's on Oct. 31 lowered the credit rating for DaimlerChrysler AG one notch, citing declining market share and the effect of incentives on the automaker's Auburn Hills, Mich.-based Chrysler Group.
It was the third time S&P has downgraded DaimlerChrysler's credit rating since last year.
