Frontline Dealer Marketing, Inc., is bringing a well-known F&I training program, conducted by a nationally recognized F&I trainer, author, and NADA speaker, to automobile dealers in the Seattle area.

Travis Coulter, president of Frontline Dealer Marketing, has announced that the Achieving F&I Excellence!™ Management Certification Program, conducted by Ronald J. Reahard, will now be held on a quarterly basis in Seattle, Wash.

“Achieving F&I Excellence!™ is without question the premier F&I training program in the country, and Mr. Reahard is one of the best trainers I have ever encountered,” Coulter said. “He teaches F&I the way it should be done.

“Achieving F&I Excellence!™ will enable F&I managers to quickly discover customer needs, demonstrate how a particular product will benefit a particular customer, and overcome objections, while enhancing the customer’s F&I experience,” Coulter said.

The comprehensive, three-day accelerated program includes daily classroom instruction, homework assignments, certification testing, and videotaped role-playing exercises. “This is definitely not F&I 101!,” Coulter said. “Achieving F&I Excellence!™ will provide both new and experienced F&I managers with the consultative selling skills necessary to lead today’s informed customer to a positive buying decision.”

Coulter said he believes the availability of a professional F&I training program on a local basis will reduce travel expense and minimize F&I managers’ time away from the dealership, enabling more managers and dealers to benefit from this advanced training.

According to Coulter, “Achieving F&I Excellence™ will increase the sale of all F&I products by providing managers a proven sales process that will enable them to collapse confrontation at the point of contact, dramatically increasing F&I product sales and customer satisfaction.”

Classes will be conducted by Ronald J. Reahard, president of Reahard & Associates, Inc., a national F&I training company providing custom tailored in-dealership F&I training programs, consulting services, and real-world solutions designed "to increase both F&I income and customer delight."

Reahard is an AFIP Certified Course Instructor who has authored numerous articles for F&I Management and Technology Magazine, and was selected by the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) to conduct the F&I Workshop “16.3 Ways To Explode F&I Income ... and Delight Customers!” at the 2002 NADA Convention in New Orleans.
