According to the companies, the result of this agreement will enable automotive dealers across North America to run a fully integrated, Internet-based DMS and CRM solution.

Cowboy's Prospector 3 is an Internet-based CRM that, according to the company, manages all sales, marketing and service processes in one solution. Cowboy Corp claims that Prospector 3 enables dealerships to realize increases in many areas including overall sales, be-backs, closing ratios and CSI scores. Prospector 3 has been designed to integrate with existing Dealer Management Systems.

Arkona says their Dealer Management Suite provides value through its relational database design, client support/training, and integrated, full-featured modules for each department.
