Arkona Integrates With Mazda

May 10, 2004

SALT LAKE CITY -- Arkona Inc. announced today its integration with Mazda North American Operations. The dealer management system lets over 700 Mazda dealerships manage information and exchange data with Mazda's corporate office.

Mazda dealers will have capabilities through the system such as warranty claim entry, parts return, parts ordering and financial statement.

"We made a decision to go with Arkona over two years ago and have been very satisfied with the performance and reliability," said Rob Meyer, general manager of D. Dahle Mazda in Salt Lake City. "With the addition of Mazda integration, the Arkona system will be an even stronger tool each day for our employees."

Arkona's dealer management system also integrates with BMW, DaimlerChrysler, Ford, GM, Honda, Mitsubishi, Lincoln-Mercury, Acura and Suzuki.
