HANOVER, Md. -- The National Association of Dealer Counsel (NADC) will hold its second annual members conference at the Westin Chicago River North, April 23-25.

The program includes two keynote addresses and sessions on developments in buy/sell world, franchise litigation, arbitration, developments in labor law world, vehicle standards and conditions, F&I matters and privacy, security breaches and information safeguards. Continuing legal education credit is available.

In addition, the membership meeting, meals and receptions offer members ample networking opportunity. Attorneys who represent automobile and other vehicle dealers but are not NADC members are eligible to apply for membership at www.dealercounsel.com.

The NADC is a professional organization of attorneys representing automobile and other vehicle dealers, such as truck, motorcycle, boat, motor home and ATV. NADC provides a supportive network for attorneys whose dealer clients face a business environment that includes increasing regulation and litigation.

Through newsletters, Web-based communications and meetings, members are able to share information and strategies that help provide the best possible service to their dealer clients.
