Portland, Ore.— Compli and Auto Advisory Services (AAS) are collaborating to expand Compli's Dealership Compliance Management System (DCMS) with additional products and services to help California auto dealerships effectively manage the broadening compliance requirements that affect them. Compli is the leading provider of compliance management systems to U.S. auto dealerships, with nearly 40,000 users nationwide. Auto Advisory Services is the leading dealer compliance consulting company in California.

AAS and Compli plan to provide products that address consumer auto sales, F&I, and Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) compliance requirements of the State of California. In addition, the Administrative Content Library of the Compli DCMS will be expanded with AAS's expert-developed content on crucial California and federal regulatory information. These new add-on products for the Compli DCMS will give California auto dealerships instant, online access to AAS-designed programs, and help them to manage more effectively expanding compliance requirements while mitigating the risks and costs of non-compliance.

"AAS has a reputation of providing outstanding products and services in the areas of auto sales, finance, advertising and DMV requirements. By collaborating with AAS to make these resources available through the Compli DCMS, we'll improve the ability of California auto dealers to address the vast array of state and federal legal and regulatory requirements affecting them," said Compli co-founder Robert Miller, who specializes in serving the California dealership market. "Beyond compliance with obvious regulations, such as those for employment practices, dealers are responsible for regulatory compliance in many other crucial aspects of their businesses. As the leader in the U.S. dealership compliance market, Compli is quite pleased to add a partner of AAS's caliber to help dealerships in California manage their complex compliance requirements and mitigate their risks."
