Hyundai Motor Co., South Korea's top auto maker, said it has targeted 2.735 million vehicle sales in 2007, up 9.4 percent from 2.501 million last year.

Hyundai said today it had set its 2007 revenue target at $45.2 billion, up 13.5 percent from 2006.

Kia Motors Corp., Hyundai's affiliate and the country's No. 2 auto maker, said it aimed to sell 1.54 million vehicles in 2007.
