Hoffman Estates, Ill. — The Dealer Services Group of Automatic Data Processing Inc. has announced a contract with BMW China Automotive to exclusively support its BMW and MINI Chinese dealer networks. ADP's dealer management system (DMS) will support all of BMW China's sales, after-sales and accounting processes.

This announcement follows agreements with BMW in Korea; DaimlerChrysler in 23 worldwide markets; and contracts with the UK's Sytner Group (UAG); a Mitsubishi importer in Denmark; and numerous other users in Western Europe.

ADP also provides more than 19,000 Western European users with services such as Managed Desktop, server monitoring, hardware and operating software supply and support, IP Convergence (IP Telephony, Data and Video) and print solutions, hosted in data centers based in the UK and Nordic Region.

"This past year brought many changes and opportunities for ADP," said Steve Anenen, president of ADP. "We increased our global presence and continued delivering quality solutions by working closely with our customers to plan, deploy and manage projects that exceed expectations, secure a significant return on investment and support their current and future business needs. This has enabled ADP to retain its place as the leading provider of IT solutions to the automotive industry."
