JMsolutions Hires New Vice President and General Counsel

Deerfield Beach, Fla. — JMsolutions, a dealer-focused automotive technology products and services company, announced that Tony Santos has joined the company as vice president and general counsel.

In his new role, Santos will be responsible for all legal and regulatory matters. Prior to joining the company, Santos was in private practice as a partner at the law firms of Santos Stokes LLP, Greenberg Traurig P.A., and Broad and Cassel.

Santos earned his J.D. at the University of Miami School of Law in 1984 and his bachelor’s degree at the University of Miami School of Business Administration, where he studied finance, in 1981. He is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, a member of the Council of the Inter-American Bar Association, and a board member of the South Florida Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Santos is an International and Commercial Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and is a frequent lecturer and speaker on international and domestic business and information technology legal issues.
