Indiana Dealer Accused of Rolling Back Odometers

MISHAWAKA, Ind. — A car dealer based there was arrested last week on two counts of odometer fraud, according to local TV news network ABC57.

Dealer Adam Scott, 28, is accused of “ordering” his mechanic to roll back odometers on the dealer’s inventory. The dealership is reportedly closed and under police investigation.
