eBay Motors: One-Third of Drivers to Spend Tax Refund on Vehicles

A recent survey from eBay Motors shows that one-third of drivers expecting a tax return plan to spend a portion of that money on their vehicles. Results also show that drivers expect to spend more than $1,000 on auto-related purchases.
