Zhejiang Geely Acquires Volvo Car Corporation

Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Co. Ltd. (Geely Holding Group) announced Monday that it completed the acquisition of Volvo Car Corporation (Volvo Cars) from Ford Motor Company.
