Los Angeles Mayor Reforms Tax Structure for Auto Dealers

In an attempt to keep dealers in the city’s borders and grow sales tax revenue, Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa signed an ordinance exempting franchised auto dealers from the city’s business tax.
