Alpha’s PriorityOne, A+, and A La Car service contracts now cover all major electric vehicle components, including hybrid and all-electric vehicles’ batteries, electric power train, charging parts, and other systems.
Alpha Warranty Services’ earned a Silver Stevie in the American Business Awards’ Veteran-Owned Business of the Year category, while CEO Steve Rosenvall earned a Bronze Stevie in the Executive of the Year category for the insurance industry.
The award was handed out by Utah Business magazine during a ceremony at The Grand America Hotel on April 26. Jeff Olsen, the F&I product provider’s in-house legal counsel, is also featured in the publication’s May 2018 edition.
The new online tool allows service departments to enter multiple claims and multiple jobs at once without having to call in the claim. Company officials said claims can be submitted through the portal in about two to three minutes.

Alpha Warranty Services’ COO Jeremy Lindsey was honored with the Utah Business CXO of the Year award. He was also featured in the June issue of Utah Business Magazine for his achievement.
The new line was created internally based on agent and dealer demand, officials said. It includes ElevateCare, a five-in-one product bundle, and standalone tire-and-wheel protection and key/remote replacement.
Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve honored two Alpha Warranty Services managers with the Patriot Award, which recognizes civilian supervisors who support service member employees, their families, and their military commitments.
On Wednesday, March 8, Alpha Warranty hosted a volunteer night at the Utah Food Bank, an organization whose mission is to fight hunger and serve those in need across Utah. Alpha employees gathered together at the food bank warehouse to sort and organize incoming food donations for distribution.
