The F&I product provider named Rob Hehr to the newly created position of vice president of reinsurance. For the past seven years, the more than 25-year industry veteran served in an executive role with Gulf States Financial Services/GSFSGroup.
Trace Thaxton will be responsible for overseeing the company's claims, operations, and reinsurance departments. He previously served as the head of customer care and relations for AGIA Affinity's Scottsdale division.
The new vehicle service contract offering follows a redefinition of CNA’s vehicle classing system preceded by a thorough rate review. The new offering includes coverage for rideshare vehicles titled to private individuals.
