Auto/Mate Dealership Systems has integrated its dealer management system with Macrosmith’s MacroFile electronic document management system.
VisionMenu today announced integration with Dominion DMS, allowing Dominion dealers to pull information into the F&I menu maker’s suite of software selling solutions.

CDK Global has entered into a definitive agreement with Auto/Mate to acquire the technology company, which provides a suite of DMS products and solutions to more than 1,000 new-car dealerships. The transaction is expected to close later this summer.
The connection, which features erating and econtracting capabilities, provides access to the F&I product provider’s full suite of branded protection products, including GAPWise, WiseCARE, TIREWise, WISETVP, THEFTWise and KEYWise.
The DMS maker is working with Darwin to provide a fully integrated version of Darwin’s prescriptive selling/F&I menu solution to Advent dealers as part of the strategic alliance.
