Big winners in the firm’s 2018 U.S Dealer Financing Satisfaction Study include Mercedes-Benz Financial Services in the Captive Luxury Segment, Volkswagen Credit in the Captive Mass Market segment, Citizens One Auto Finance in the Noncaptive category, and TD Auto Finance in Floorplan.
Mercedes-Benz customers can choose between Signature, Reserve, and Premier, with the automaker’s three-tier subscription program costing subscribers between $1,095 and $2,995 per month. Jeep Wave will also offer subscribers three tiers from which to choose. Pricing has yet to be released.
AutoGravity, a new car-shopping app that allows car shoppers to arrange their financing, has added Mercedes-Benz Financial Services. The partnership gives AutoGravity users access to the captive's loan and lease offers.
