New Auto Group Enters the Market
The Iowa transaction involved a Chevrolet GMC Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram rooftop.

Mount Pleasant Chevrolet GMC Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram will keep its name and location under the new ownership.
Performance Brokerage Services
Lani Automotive Group acquired its first franchised dealership in Mount Pleasant Chevrolet GMC Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Mount Pleasant, Iowa.
Performance Brokerage Services represented the seller, Coleman Automotive Group.
Coleman was founded in 2024 by Kyle Coleman with the purchase of Spirit Lake Ford, Spirit Lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and Estherville Chevrolet GMC. He just acquired Mount Pleasant Chevrolet GMC Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram last year.
The seller said his group is focused on buying "larger dealerships in larger markets."
Following the sale, the group will have six locations across Iowa, Illinois, Indiana and Ohio.
“Buying our first franchised dealerships was a huge milestone for us,” said Sam Saghibini and Sean Veilani of Lani Automotive Group.
“We are proud to begin this chapter with Lani Automotive Group, and this won’t be our last dealership purchase with [Performance Brokerage Services].”
The dealership will retain its current name and location.
