PITTSBURGH — Chase Auto Finance opened a new Custom Finance office in Pittsburgh to meet the subprime financing needs of auto dealers in western Pennsylvania.

Located in Suite 400 at Penn Center East, 201 Penn Center Boulevard, Pittsburgh, the new office is managed by Jim Ciocian, who also manages Chase’s Philadelphia Business Center.

“Chase prides itself on offering local customer service that makes it easier and faster for auto dealers and consumers to access our subprime financing solutions,” said Bill Jensen, Chase Custom Finance executive. “We continue to expand in the region and anticipate future growth.”

Previously, Chase’s Custom Finance Business Center in Philadelphia served western Pennsylvania. The new Pittsburgh office will house an underwriting and funding team, which will receive support from the Philadelphia center that continues to service some collections and loan booking.

Local Chase teams provide a full suite of services to auto dealerships through prime and subprime business centers. Chase’s Dealer Commercial Services division is a leading non-captive floorplan and commercial loan provider for auto dealerships across the nation and offers treasury management services, real estate financing and other commercial banking services to franchised automobile dealers.

Chase Auto Finance purchases retail installment contracts and originates loans across the continental United States, as well as in Hawaii and Alaska. Its Custom Finance division serves more than 15,000 auto dealers across the country with over 40 business centers.
