Dimmitt Chevrolet Receives Chevrolet Dealership of the Year Award
Founded in 1924, Dimmitt Chevrolet was named the 2015 Chevrolet Dealer of the Year. Out of more than 3,000 Chevrolet dealerships, the dealership was one of 50 to qualify to receive the award.
CLEARWATER, Fla. — On Wednesday, General Motors Co. (GM) named Dimmitt Chevrolet the 2015 Chevrolet Dealer of the Year Award for its continued excellence of service, according to the company.
Out of more than 3,000 Chevrolet dealerships reviewed, only 50 dealers qualified to receive this award, according to GM. The Chevrolet Dealer of the Year award is reserved for dealerships that display exceptional performance in delivering superior customer service while consistently growing sales, the company adds.
“This award is truly the pinnacle of success within the Chevrolet family and we are thrilled to be named Chevrolet Dealer of the Year,” said Lawrence Dimmitt IV, owner of Dimmitt Chevrolet. “While we are thankful for the recognition, we could not have done this without the amazing team of people who work so hard to make sure our customers are exceedingly satisfied.”
Dimmitt Chevrolet was established in Clearwater, Florida in 1924. Since founding the dealership, the family has been involved in its day-to-day operations, including working alongside employees on the showroom floor.
