OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — NCM Associates is once again sponsoring the NABD Dealer Academy and Conference for Buy Here, Pay Here (BHPH). The firm also will participate in education tracks offered at the two events.
Produced by the National Alliance of Buy Here, Pay Here Dealers (NABD), the combined programs represent the annual education and trade show for Buy Here, Pay Here dealers in the United States, and attracts franchised dealers, BHPH operators and those considering entering the BHPH industry from around the country.
“The buy here, pay here industry is facing significant challenges this year, but the opportunities in BHPH are also great for those who understand and are equipped to balance the risk with the rewards,” said NCM President and CEO Paul A. Faletti Jr.
Brent Carmichael, NCM executive conference moderator and BHPH industry specialist, will serve as co-presenter at both events. He will be participating with Shilson in two education sessions at the Dealer Academy: “Developing Your Business Model for Success” and “Increasing Your Ups and Finding More Good Customers.” He also will participate in two general session, “BHPH Trends / Benchmarks” and “Large and Smaller Operators Panels.”
