Mark S. Krejci, president of Continental-National Services Corp. in Tampa, Fla., has announced that Continental-National is bringing Ron Reahard, a 2002 NADA Convention F&I workshop speaker and menu-selling expert, to automobile dealers in the Tampa area.

According to Krejci, this one-day menu selling “boot camp” will enable F&I managers to increase F&I product sales, profits, and customer satisfaction.

Reahard, a nationally recognized F&I trainer, author, and convention speaker, is president of Reahard & Associates, Inc., an F&I training company. The company provides custom tailored in-dealership F&I training programs and consulting services.

Reahard has authored numerous articles for F&I Management and Technology magazine, and conducted the F&I Workshop “16.3 Ways To Explode F&I Income… and Delight Customers!” at the 2002 NADA Convention in New Orleans.

“After attending Ron’s workshop in New Orleans, I knew I wanted our dealer clients to experience this level of training,” Krejci said. “He is certainly one of the most enthusiastic and entertaining speakers I have ever encountered, and combines real-world experience with cutting-edge solutions to provide F&I managers with the consultative selling skills they need to succeed in today’s increasingly competitve retail environment.

“This is going to be an intense, accelerated one-day boot camp for experienced F&I professionals who want to increase their product sales, profits, and income,” Krejci continued. “This is not F&I 101! This is a hands-on workshop that will enable even the most successful F&I managers to dramatically increase the sale of all F&I products through a proven, menu-based sales process that collapses confrontation at the point of contact and takes the pressure out of the F&I process.

“A menu doesn’t sell anything,” Krejci asserted. “It’s just a piece of paper. What it will do is get all of the customer’s options on the table in a minimum amount of time, so a trained F&I professional can then discuss with them why -- in their particular situation -- a product may be particularly important. This boot camp will provide managers with the consultative selling skills they need to lead today’s informed customer to a positive buying decision.”

The one-day workshop will be conducted from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 7; Wednesday, May 8; and again on Thursday, May 9 at the Tampa Club in Tampa, Fla.

According to Krejci, to ensure each attendee achieves the maximum benefit from the training, enrollment will be limited to 14 attendees per day.
