ACDelco Selects Reynolds and Reynolds as Provider of Integrated Document Solutions

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company announced an alliance with ACDelco that names Reynolds as the preferred provider of automotive business forms and related products to over 8,000 ACDelco customers. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.




As a preferred provider, Reynolds says it will manufacture and distribute a complete range of business forms and related products to ACDelco independent service centers participating in the company's Total Service Support (TSS) program. As a benefit to members, ACDelco's TSS program extends competitively priced products, services and valuable resource offerings.

"ACDelco places a high priority on not only providing high quality products, but also top-rate service and value to our customers," said Terry Wisner, ACDelco manager, Total Service Support Program. "The strategic alliance with Reynolds and Reynolds will enable us to further drive our commitment. Reynolds' superior document solutions and services will help our customers to improve their business processes, increase efficiency and, ultimately, their customer's satisfaction."




Partnering with ACDelco and its sales team, Reynolds will also participate in co-branded marketing activities to introduce and promote Reynolds document solution offerings to ACDelco's customer base.

ACDelco is an automotive replacement parts and services company, offering products for virtually all vehicles. ACDelco is headquartered in Grand Blanc, Michigan and markets automotive replacement parts worldwide under its brand name.

The company's product, service and training solutions include a full range of retail and enterprise management systems, networking and support, e-business applications, Web services, learning and consulting services, customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, data management and integration, and leasing services. Reynolds serves more than 20,000 customers. They comprise 90 percent of the automotive retailers and virtually all car companies doing business in North America. Its CRM consulting practices span more than 20 countries around the world.
