DALLAS — Affiliated Computer Services Inc. (ACS) announced the launch of DigiDoXpress, a document management service for the automobile finance industry that provides document preparation, scanning, indexing, processing, contract data entry, and information storage and retrieval.

DigiDoXpress is an adaptive, Web-based solution linking auto dealers and lenders to improve the efficiency of the auto finance process. The solution functions on a high availability platform and can be customized on-demand by both auto dealers and lenders.

“While other providers are still awaiting transit of unprocessed documents, ACS is opening, handling, electronically processing and sending out information to lenders,” said Stuart Chagrin, ACS managing director of financial solutions. “With a faster turnaround time, DigiDoXpress delivers clear advantages to dealers and lenders. There’s one process for all contracts, whether e-contracts or paper based, and all contracts are made available for analysis the next morning. We also leverage already-in-place verification rules and existing dealer messaging capabilities to provide much swifter funding.”

Chagrin said that this dramatically improved efficiency allows dealers and lenders to realize a tremendous difference in the auto finance process, especially when they convert entirely to electronic contracting driven by DigiDoXpress. “We are very excited about bringing this product to market,” he said. “It’s a breakthrough solution that we believe will have a very positive impact on the auto finance industry.”

ACS has distinguished itself as a top application service provider across a number of industries, with a depth of experience in financial services environments. The company’s breadth of skill and expertise delivering financial solutions ranges from third-party software environments to its own suite of state-of-the-art integrated applications. DigiDoXpress is the latest in a larger menu of financial service offerings that include collections and customer service, collateral management, loan origination, loan servicing, decision engine and recovery services.
