ORLANDO, Fla. — Dealer Website live chat provider ActivEngage has announced that company founder Todd Smith will lead two sessions at the 5th annual Digital Dealer Conference. The conference will take place Oct. 6-8 at the Gaylord Texan Resort in Grapevine, Texas. As a founding member of the Association of Automotive Internet Sales Professionals (AAISP), an official conference sponsor, Smith has spoken at all Digital Dealer Conferences.

Smith's sessions are "Internet Automotive Sales 101" on Oct. 6 and "Chat Your Way to Automotive Sales" on Oct. 7. The first is for attendees who are new to Internet sales and the second will teach dealers how to use live chat to engage Website visitors and increase sales and improve customer service.
