SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -– The Automotive Dealership Institute has engaged longtime Arizona attorney Michael D. Strauber as general counsel, according to ADI CEO/Director of Operations Alan Algan. Strauber will be consulted on all legal issues, from protecting the school’s proprietary and intellectual content from copyright infringement to ensuring the school’s compliance with all federal and Arizona school laws.

"We are pleased to have someone of Mr. Strauber's experience and expertise serve as our general counsel," Algan said. "In addition to his broad legal knowledge, Mr. Strauber has an excellent understanding of F&I and automotive legal compliance, which is an asset to us.
