ADP Announces Hyundai Motor America Endorsement For Warranty Wizard Solution
The Dealer Services Group
of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. has
announced Hyundai Motor America's endorsement of ADP's Warranty
Wizard offering. The company says this positions ADP's Warranty Wizard product as
the choice for Hyundai location service areas. Warranty Wizard is an
automated software package designed to streamline the warranty
administration process. Hayes-Ligon, a unit of ADP Dealer Services,
develops and supports Warranty Wizard.
According to the company, Warranty Wizard is the most accurate and up-to-date warranty
administration software designed to run on a PC. This PC-based tool is
fast and efficient to keep dealerships running smoothly with the most
current information available. The application's user-friendly
database provides novices and experts with suggestions for additional
labor hours and material allowances that maximize profits (claim
amounts); increases accuracy of data and reduces the number of claim
rejections, says the company.
"It is our goal to assist our dealerships with increased
productivity tools that will maximize their Service Department
profits," states Chuck Halper, vice president of service for Hyundai
Motor America. "With its PC-based system, Warranty Wizard provides us
with an easy-to-use solution that will simplify the warranty
administration process saving time that can be better spent serving
our dealership customers."
"We are extremely pleased that Hyundai Motor America chose our
Warranty Wizard product to assist with their processes in the service
department," states Jeff Harrison, vice president and general manager
of ADP / Hayes-Ligon. "Warranty Wizard continues to evolve by offering
advanced features that will assist Hyundai dealers not only access
information faster and more accurately, but also enable recovery of
more money per repair order."
According to the company, with Warranty Wizard, Hyundai dealerships can increase the
accuracy of their warranty claims, display assembly diagrams, and look
up customer complaint (nature), technician determination (cause), and
labor operation to causal part combination codes in pop-up windows.
