Allstate Credit Division Hires Director of Claims
Allstate Credit Division (ACD), a provider of F&I products and services, has appointed Lisa Faciane as its director of claims for First Colonial Insurance Company.
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Allstate Credit Division (ACD), a provider of F&I products and services, has appointed Lisa Faciane as its director of claims for First Colonial Insurance Company.
In her new position, Faciane will be responsible for supporting and helping to grow ACD's vehicle service contract division.
Faciane has 25 years of experience in the vehicle services industry. She was previously vice president of claims/customer service at the Assurant Solutions ARVS division in St. Petersburg, Fla.
She has developed a claims support system which serves several key distribution partners, including auto and recreational dealerships and financial institutions.
Prior to Assurant, she held leadership roles in the service side of the automotive industry, including managing a family-owned auto repair business for eight years, and working in a supervisory role with Mechanical Breakdown Administrators for Industrial Indemnity. She has also held positions at franchised auto dealerships writing and dispatching service and warranty work.
