Alpha Warranty Rolls Out Online Claims Submission Tool
The new online tool allows service departments to enter multiple claims and multiple jobs at once without having to call in the claim. Company officials said claims can be submitted through the portal in about two to three minutes.

SALT LAKE CITY — Alpha Warranty Services today announced the rollout of a new online claims submission tool. It is designed to allow repair facilities and dealerships to enter multiple claims and multiple jobs at once without having to call in the claim.
With that feature, a dealership’s service department doesn’t need to put everything on hold and tie up the phone line to contact the company’s claims department. They simply enter the claim information into the portal, which can be accessed through Alpha Warranty Services’ website, between customers.
“Over the years, we have received praise for how quick and easy our claims process is. Adding a tool to give repair facilities the ability to submit claims online is another giant step toward making the claims experience even more efficient,” said Jeff Robinson, vice president of risk and operations. “Most claims can be submitted through our online portal in about two to three minutes. Claims can then be easily tracked by the repair facility through our Alpha claims tracker.”
