American Financial Wins Two Dealers’ Choice Awards

American Financial & Automotive Services Inc. received two 2016 Dealers’ Choice Awards. The company received a Diamond award in Compliance Training and a Platinum award in F&I Training.

THE WOODLANDS, Texas — American Financial & Automotive Services Inc. received two 2016 Dealers’ Choice Awards. The income development company received a Diamond award in Compliance Training and a Platinum award in F&I Training — the second year in a row the company earned awards in those categories.

“Our main focus is to put the needs of our dealer partners first,” said Arden Hetland, president of American Financial. “The American Financial team strives to provide industry leading service and products. These awards are a great reflection on all of their hard work and dedication.”

MasterTech F&I product suite, the Automotive Training Academy, F&I University (FIU) and Compliance Programs represent the company's core offerings. FIU provides F&I curriculum and online continuing education for today’s business manager, while the company's web-based Compliance Management Program is customized to complement the procedures and functions utilized in a dealership, according to the company.

Additionally, the company has also developed a compliance officer certification course that provides a dealership with the resources, tools and expertise its compliance officer needs.
