Automotive Professionals, Inc. (API), located in Rolling Meadows, Ill., has opened a new training center in St. Louis, Mo. According to Kimberly Greenhut, director of training, the Training Division of API has developed a complete line of Career Best training products for today’s API dealer and agent.

"The online training is the most exciting event for dealers today," Greenhut said. "A manager who wants to attend a training event simply needs access to the Internet, a telephone and about an hour. A training module is conducted online that allows attendees from across the nation to dial in, interact on screen and participate via conference line."

Unlike most online training, the session is conducted live (versus prerecorded) and attendees can ask questions and participate in discussions, according to Greenhut. The training material currently includes six training modules covering a wide range of topics. "It provides an excellent way to follow up on classroom training or can be used exclusively," Greenhut said.

In addition to online training support, API also offers an F&I school, an advanced F&I School and regional seminars.

For more information, call 866-876-4274 toll free or go to www.CareerBest.net. To visit the training site, go to this Web site address and click on “Attend an Online Event.”
