Arkona and DealerPeak to Promote Integrated DMS and CRM Products

ARKONA Inc., a specialist in dealer management solutions for the new and used car automobile

industry and DealerPeak, a Customer Relationship Management (CRM)company

for the automotive industry, announced an agreement whereby the

companies' two solutions will be integrated and sold to dealers.


As part of the agreement, information from Arkona's dealer management system

will be exported on an ongoing basis to DealerPeak for use in its CRM

solution. Dealers using both ARKONA and DealerPeak solutions are assured of

complete data integration and on-demand reporting which will provide dealers

a "real-time" 360-degree view of dealership operations.
