Arkona and DealerPeak to Promote Integrated DMS and CRM Products
ARKONA Inc., a specialist in dealer management solutions for the new and used car automobile
industry and DealerPeak, a Customer Relationship Management (CRM)company
for the automotive industry, announced an agreement whereby the
companies' two solutions will be integrated and sold to dealers.
As part of the agreement, information from Arkona's dealer management system
will be exported on an ongoing basis to DealerPeak for use in its CRM
solution. Dealers using both ARKONA and DealerPeak solutions are assured of
complete data integration and on-demand reporting which will provide dealers
a "real-time" 360-degree view of dealership operations.
"The combination of Arkona's full fledged DMS system and DealerPeak's robust
Web-based sales solutions give dealers a uniquely complete solution.
Dealers will now have the ability to implement one system to handle all of
their software needs in an entirely ASP driven environment," commented Jock
Schowalter, VP product development, DealerPeak. "Finally dealers will have
what they have been waiting for and we are very excited to work with Arkona
to deliver such a powerful solution."
"We have closely inspected products from many CRM vendors and have found the
DealerPeak solution to be the most fairly priced, feature-rich and
technologically advanced," said Rich Holland, president, Arkona.
"DealerPeak has clearly done their homework in designing their CRM solution.
Because of their forethought, the integration process will be fairly simple.
Dealers will appreciate the straightforward user interface, powerful
reporting features and increased revenues they'll experience using the
DealerPeak and Arkona combination."
