systems are fully integrated with Newgen Results Corporation. Newgen is a wholly

owned subsidiary of TeleTech Holdings, Inc., and a provider of customer

management solutions to the automotive industry.

According to the company, as a result of this integration, Arkona’s automotive dealers will enjoy faster access to

dealers to better manage their customer database and increase customer satisfaction and

retention through more timely marketing and service programs, according to the company.

"Providing dealers access to the full range of customer service and support programs

available from Newgen is a significant achievement for Arkona," said Alan Rudd,

CEO, Arkona Inc. "Our ongoing integration efforts with Newgen and other industry

leaders will enable Arkona to offer our dealers the best customer relationship and

dealer management solutions available in the industry."

"We are pleased to have completed our interface with Arkona," said Les Silver,

Newgen’s chief executive officer and founder. "This will provide dealers using

Arkona with a seamless data interface between their dealer management system and

our customer management system. We are also looking forward to further enhancing our

combined solution by developing an interface for our Co-Source Reservations service.

Arkona brings us access to a growing dealer base with unlimited information storage

and recall, as well as extensive customer data mining capabilities. This means Newgen

will have total access to the information it needs to more effectively serve Arkona’s

customers."

According to Arkona, Co-Source Reservations will give dealerships the ability to ensure that all customers are

offered a quality reservation prior to bringing their vehicle in to be serviced. Since the

software is dynamic, agents at both Arkona and Newgen have a view of what their

counterparts have scheduled on a real time basis and all agents can easily follow the

specific dealership scheduling requirements. Regardless of where the reservation is

taken, it will always wind up back in the dealership’s own management system.
