DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. -- JM&A Group announced that Asbury Automotive Group, the publicly traded auto retail and service company, has selected JM&A's F.I.L.E.S. training and certification program for its 96 automotive retail dealerships.
Program training components address federal laws that govern disclosures for F&I managers, state-specific regulations that impact the dealerships, and ongoing training and education for participants to maintain their certification on an annual basis.
F.I.L.E.S. comes with a video training component and a support staff. The training tool is designed to keep the F&I office compliant with disclosure regulations, among other things.
