AUBURN HILLS, Mich. and BRENTWOOD, Tenn. — The special finance experts at Auto Credit Express Inc. and Special Finance Concepts LLC will conduct a series of special finance workshops in 2009. In addition to teaching F&I managers the mechanics of special finance, the workshops are designed to help dealership management personnel develop a custom subprime process and action plan which will fit the culture of their organization.

The first series of workshops is scheduled for the second week of January. Speakers/panelists include Dave LaLonde, senior vice president, Auto Credit Express and Dan Henderson, executive partner, Special Finance Concepts.

"Few realize they can implement a process that builds the foundation for long term success without adding additional personnel, departments, or expensive advertising budgets.
