Auto/Mate Announces CRMSuite Integration
Dealers who use both Auto/Mate and CRMSuite will benefit from the increased business intelligence the DMS and CRM deliver through real-time data exchanges.
ALBANY, N.Y. — Auto/Mate Dealership Systems announced it has recently integrated its dealership management system software with CRMSuite. Dealers who use both Auto/Mate and CRMSuite will benefit from the increased business intelligence the DMS and CRM deliver through real-time data exchanges.
Real-time integration ALSO eliminates redundancies and helps streamline processes in auto dealerships, according to Auto/Mate.
“Our Open/Mate integration program is very inexpensive compared with some other DMS certification programs,” said Mike Esposito, President and CEO of Auto/Mate. “Keeping integration costs low for third-party vendors translates to lower costs and more choices for our dealership customers.”
CRMSuite is a CRM that gathers data on customers by tracking their patterns, contact preferences, and social media activity in order to determine the best customers to contact and exactly when to contact them.
Auto/Mate Dealership Systems provides dealership management system (DMS) software to more than 1,000 retail automotive dealerships nationwide — its DMS is Automotive Management Productivity Suite.
