ALBANY, N.Y. — Auto/Mate Dealership Systems has promoted David Vickers from customer success manager to regional sales manager. In his new role, Dave will cultivate and manage relationships with franchise auto dealerships in the Albany-centered Capital District, Upstate New York, Western New York and Pennsylvania.
“Dave started with us in corporate accounting, but after hearing how easily he developed relationships with our customers, everyone knew he was destined to be in sales and account management,” said Mike Esposito, president and CEO of Auto/Mate. “He has excelled in every position he’s been in, and we are confident he will be successful in his new role.”
Vickers joined Auto/Mate in 2010 and has held several positions, including customer success manager as well as customer relationship representative and aftermarket sales manager.
“Auto/Mate is like family to me, and having a supportive management team makes this transition exciting. I’m thrilled for the opportunity to work closely with existing and new customers in this region,” Vickers said.
