SEARCHAutomotive Capital Group Inc. announces its acquisition of two auto dealer lots.
Automotive Capital Group, Inc. (ACG) acquired two automotive dealership lots in phoenix Arizona September 29. The lots will operate under the single name of "Now Auto."
Each facility will use the Internet to maintain up-to-date inventory and pricing. Vehicles will sell for an average of $8,000.
The comapny's Website, www.NowAuto.com. gives shoppers the opportunity to search for a car, select and fill out an application for finance options. Customers must provide proof of income, a utility bill, a valid driver's license and five personal references, but do not need to go through a credit check.
ACG also filed with the Banking Commission to start an automotive financing company. It is on schedule for filing its Form-10 to become a full reporting company.
