MOBILE, Ala. — Automotive Computer Services, a Windows-based DMS provider, has added electronic dispatch as an enhancement to its ACCESS DMS suite.
"As we have expanded into larger metro dealerships, dispatch became a critical tool for us to include in our software package," said Van Koppersmith, president of ACS.
Dispatch is available to customers at no additional cost and without any additional monthly support fees.
ACS’s Service Dispatch, with its integrated electronic technician, is delivered in a Windows graphical users interface (GUI) application.
Some of it should be given to the customer, but that doesn’t mean the F&I office relinquishes the process. In fact, a different approach both builds trust and boosts sales.
