SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- More than 100 guests celebrated the opening of the Automotive Dealership Institute at its party Oct. 7. ADI is an automotive management training facility that specializes in educating the next generation of F&I managers and service advisors.
Local automotive dignitaries in attendance included Charity Crawford, executive director of the Arizona Independent Auto Dealers Association; Mary Robertson, human resources director of Airpark Chrysler Jeep; and Diane Huffmaster, southwest sales director of Southwest Motor Service Programs.
The Automotive F&I Management training course is a four-week program that provides instruction in such critical areas as legal compliance, interest and payment calculations, and aftermarket product presentations.
The Service Advisor course is a two-week program that highlights such key topics as proper repair order writing, the importance of CSI and effective communication skills.
