Bank of America announced that Manheim Auctions facilities have won three of the four Auction Quality Awards the company will present for 2002.
The awards, now in their fourth year, are based on surveys from Bank of America’s internal and external remarketers in the company’s auto group division. Auctions are critiqued on the quality of the wide range of services that Bank of America utilizes at auctions – from customer service experience to reconditioning.
Each auction will be presented their awards by Bank of America representatives in the near future. Award winners and fleet/lease managers are:
Manheim’s National Auto Dealers Exchange in Bordentown, N.J. (Joe Cruz)
Greater Phoenix Auto Auction in Phoenix, Ariz. (Annette Petta)
Greater Tampa Bay Auto Auction in Tampa, Fla. (Tom Givens)
“Manheim has once again provided us with outstanding service and worked diligently to meet our needs,” said Howard Segal, vice president and national remarketing manager for Bank of America. “The award-winning auctions have been invaluable partners in our remarketing efforts and strive to help our business succeed.”
“This is a very prestigious award and we are thrilled to be recognized by Bank of America in this manner,” said Peter Trench, director of national accounts for Manheim. “Our auction staffs pride themselves on the high level of service and quality they offer customers, and it is very gratifying that three of our auctions have been so honored.”
