Bankers Integration Group Adds National City Bank to Roster of Lenders
Bankers Integration Group, a state-of-the-art decisioning engine that approves auto loans in real time, announced that it has added National City Bank, a top 10 automotive finance lender, to its roster of lenders.
According to the company, this alliance will provide faster online auto loans and less paperwork to the 2,900 new- and used-vehicle auto dealers in National City's network.
Bankers Integration Group Vice Chairman Ted Cunningham made the announcement from the BIG marketing office in Detroit.
Bankers Integration Group, which introduced its BIGFNI(TM) software at the National Automobile Dealers Association meeting in San Francisco earlier this year, is being spearheaded by former Ford Motor Co. Chairman Harold "Red" Poling and
former executive vice president of global sales and marketing for DaimlerChrysler, Ted Cunningham. They're part of a group of investors and executives from the auto, banking, finance and insurance industries that are launching the Bankers Integration Group.
Both Cunningham and Greg Jelinek, executive vice president, National City Corp., said they feel that the alliance is a win-win for auto dealers throughout the Midwest as well as for new-and used-vehicle customers. "The auto financing industry is changing at warp speed, and we had an opportunity to lead, follow or get out of the way -- we chose to lead," said Jelinek. "That's how strongly we feel about the BIGFNI software from Bankers Integration Group."
"The auto financing area is changing every day and we saw an opportunity with BIGFNI to help lead the change for the benefit of the dealers in our network," said Jelinek. "Our dealers look to National City to provide innovative financing solutions and this is one of the best solutions we have been able to offer them to date."
"We are very excited about the addition of National City to our roster of lenders," Cunningham said. "It's just what our advertising touts -- car dealers can now save more time, close more deals and make more money."
The alliance with National City will allow Bankers Integration Group's software, BIGFNI, to enable auto dealers to process and National City to decision, lending applications for consumers in real time and finalize loans in a matter of seconds, according to the company.
