BGI Launches Warranty for Windshield Skins
Bray Group Inc. has partnered with the Great American Insurance Company to launch in May a new limited warranty program for BGI's Windshield Skins product.
Sacramento, Calif. -- Bray Group Inc. has partnered with the Great American Insurance Company to launch in May a new limited warranty program for BGI's Windshield Skins product.
The Great American Insurance Company will insure BGI for potential losses under the warranty program, which offers a multi-year no-chip/no-crack warranty and includes windshield replacement.
Windshield Skins is optically clear treatment that is applied to windshields to absorb the impact of standard road hazards.
The treatment is available through two nationwide distribution programs from Premier Dealer Services, a subsidiary of Great American Insurance Company. The PremierDEFENSE program is offered at automotive dealerships as an aftermarket finance and insurance product, and the Proline Styling program is provided by independent retailers and installers.
"We are very excited to add this windshield protection program to our product portfolio," said Mark Baker, national sales manager for PDS.
Before selling the product, all Windshield Skins distributors must be certified by completing a comprehensive training program through BGI.
Bray Group Inc. is a Sacramento, Calif.-based developer, manufacturer and distributor of automotive accessories and tuning products.
